How will my payment be processed?
All payments made for orders on are processed through, a third party processing service. Payments are only authorized, not captured, so credit card information will not be stored.

Credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders placed on are shipped directly from our warehouse using FedEx and UPS services. Our system determines which courier will deliver your order quickest based on your shipping address.

How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, depending on product availability.

For standard shipping within the contiguous United States, please allow 7 to 10 business days from date of purchase for delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard ground shipping is valid on all orders in the contiguous United States with a subtotal of $50 or more after promotional codes and coupons have been applied.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We currently offer 3 shipping methods within the contiguous United States: Standard, 2nd Day and Overnight. Please see below for pricing and shipping time frames.

   • Standard: $9.95 (FREE with orders of $50+)
      Order received within 7 to 10 business days

   • 2nd Day: $18.00
      Order received within 2 business days

   • Overnight: $28.00
      Order received the next business day

PLEASE NOTE: all orders must be placed by 3 PM EST to start processing within the same business day. All orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed next business day.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO military addresses?
No, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO military addresses.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii?
No, we are currently unable to ship outside of the contiguous United States at this time.

How long do I have to return an item after purchase?
June Jacobs Spa Collection is committed to delivering on the brand's philosophy: Cutting-Edge Science Married With Nature. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns on orders from the contiguous United States within 30 days of the purchase date. International orders outside the contiguous 48 states in the US are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I return an item?
In order for us to process your returned item(s) from, you will need to enclose a copy of your invoice and clearly label outside packaging with a Return Authorization (RA) number. More information about our return process is as follows:

• Item(s) sent back without an RA # will be returned to you and will not be refunded.
• International orders outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return or exchange.
• To ensure a prompt and secure delivery to us, we recommend sending item(s) back using a courier service that provides a tracking number. We apologize, but return shipping fees are not refundable and we do not provide prepaid labels.
• Once your order is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within an estimated time of 2 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

What I do if the product I ordered arrives damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item(s), please DO NOT THROW AWAY the item(s). If you return the damaged or defective item(s) to us, we will gladly replace the item(s). Please send an email to and include your phone number to receive instructions on how to proceed.

I’m unhappy with my order. Can I make an exchange? is unable to process exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective items. Your order may only be refunded and automatically applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.

Only items purchased at may be accepted for return. If you purchased a June Jacobs item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
